No. Juicer social listening is a standalone product, sign up and connect your accounts directly. If you already run a Juicer Feed, you can optionally import the same connections to skip a step.

That’s the goal. We’re designing Social Listening to suggest replies, highlight urgent items, and surface opportunities so your team can act faster.

Our model is benchmarked at ~89% accuracy on social-style text. You can also override any individual mention’s sentiment to retrain it on your brand voice.
